This piece was hand-carved from wax and cast using the centrifugal method, with the cut steel pieces already in place. The acorn uses a twist mechanism to create a secret hiding place for the wearer.
These three forms were fabricated out of sheet metal to exacting specifications. Each one is accurate according to the shape’s defining characteristics - the cube has perfectly equal sides and square corners, and the diameter of the sphere is the same measured from any angle.
The leaves on this bracelet are links in a unique chain that allows the design of the piece to flow around the wearer’s wrist. All of the links are hand-fabricated, as is the box clasp, which hides neatly underneath the focal flower.
